Account deletion

To delete your account from within the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

If you're unable to access the app, email support@simplistugc.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your account email address. We'll process your request within 30 days.

Location reminders not working?

Location reminders require background location permission. To enable:

  • Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services
  • Find SimplistUGC and set it to Always
  • Make sure notifications are enabled for the app

Note: reminders rely on iOS geofencing, which may not trigger immediately — they typically fire within 1–2 minutes of entering a zone.

Subscription & billing

SimplistUGC subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel, manage, or view your subscription:

  • Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone
  • Find SimplistUGC and tap to manage

For billing disputes or refund requests, contact Apple Support directly — Apple handles all App Store billing.
